美國GE本特利9200-01-05-10-00瓦振傳感器,用于監(jiān)測汽輪機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)等機(jī)殼的振動(dòng),常見的機(jī)器故障在轉(zhuǎn)子上產(chǎn)生,并引起轉(zhuǎn)子振動(dòng)的,只通過箱體測量,軸承箱體或機(jī)殼上的振動(dòng)傳遞到傳感器的安裝位置,通過瓦振的振動(dòng)監(jiān)測,從而可以有效對機(jī)械進(jìn)行振動(dòng)監(jiān)測。
美國GE本特利9200-01-05-10-00瓦振傳感器是兩線結(jié)構(gòu),采用動(dòng)線圈技術(shù),靈敏度:20 mV/mm/s±5%,在100 Hz (6,000 cpm)時(shí)為25 mm/s,傳感器安裝角 0±100,/小工作 10Hz(600 cpm)無安裝基座,安裝螺紋為 1/2-in 20 UNF-3A 雙頭螺栓 。
多種聯(lián)接電纜可以將美國GE本特利9200-01-05-10-00瓦振傳感器與其它儀表或速度-位移轉(zhuǎn)換器聯(lián)接起來。這些電纜以300 毫米(1 英尺)遞增,有或沒有不銹鋼鎧裝。

plc其研發(fā)目的在于取代以繼電器為主之順序控制,亦即使用程序以取代硬件配線,因此只要改變其程序即可改變其控制的順序,而輕易的達(dá)成控制上之不同需求。一般的plc系以繼電器控制回路為基礎(chǔ)發(fā)展而來,并將繼電器的接點(diǎn)和線圈予以符號化,當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換成一般的階梯圖或指令之后,即可實(shí)現(xiàn)其控制。但如此所完成的控制回路,是基于電路設(shè)計(jì)者本身之學(xué)習(xí),較為主觀及直接,一般使用者往往不易理解其流程,亦即程序的可讀性較低。
