3系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和工作原理
電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)在于剩余電流監(jiān)控方面屬于前期預(yù)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)。與傳統(tǒng)火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)不同,電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)早期報(bào)警是為了避免損失,而傳統(tǒng)火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)是為了減少損失。所以,這就是說(shuō)為什么不管是新建或是改建工程項(xiàng)目,尤其是已經(jīng)安裝了火災(zāi)自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)的單位,仍需要安裝電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的根本原因。
電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)測(cè)量剩余電流和溫度兩個(gè)物理量。
剩余電流測(cè)量是根據(jù)基爾霍夫電流定律:在同一時(shí)刻,電路中流入和流出一個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的電流矢量和為零。以TN-S系統(tǒng)為例,將A/B/C/N同時(shí)穿過(guò)剩余電流互感器,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)未發(fā)生漏電時(shí),流入和流出剩余電流互感器的電流矢量和為零,此時(shí),剩余電流互感器感應(yīng)出的二次電流也為0;當(dāng)某相對(duì)大地發(fā)生漏電,此時(shí)流入和流出剩余電流互感器的電流矢量和不再為零,其大小等于從大地流走的電流即漏電流。此漏電信號(hào)通過(guò)剩余電流互感器的二次接線傳輸至電氣火災(zāi)探測(cè)器,經(jīng)運(yùn)算放大、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換后送入CPU,經(jīng)過(guò)一系列算法后,對(duì)變化的幅值進(jìn)行分析、判斷,并與報(bào)警設(shè)定值進(jìn)行比較,若超出定值則發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警信號(hào)并上送至后臺(tái)電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控設(shè)備。
溫度測(cè)量采用溫度傳感器,一般采用Pt100傳感器進(jìn)行測(cè)量。該種類型的溫度傳感器測(cè)溫穩(wěn)定、量程范圍大,適合在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)線纜溫度和環(huán)境溫度使用。當(dāng)溫度發(fā)生變化時(shí),Pt100自身阻值發(fā)生同比例變化,將該電阻信號(hào)傳輸?shù)诫姎饣馂?zāi)探測(cè)器,經(jīng)過(guò)一系列信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)化和運(yùn)算后,將最終結(jié)果同溫度報(bào)警定值進(jìn)行比較,若超出定值則發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警信號(hào)并上送至后臺(tái)電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控設(shè)備。
