FIP has developed a new ball valve type VK Dual Block to
introduce an advanced standard of reference in
thermoplastic valve design.
VKD is a (true) union lock ball valve, which stands up to the

淺層砂過濾器利用深層介質(zhì)對(duì)原水進(jìn)行深層過濾，能有效地去除顆粒物和降低濁度。若裝上特定的濾料，例如活性炭，沸石等，還可以吸附去除相應(yīng)的有機(jī)物、離子等。
工作原理
過濾狀態(tài)：當(dāng)系統(tǒng)處于過濾狀態(tài)時(shí)，加壓水從濾罐進(jìn)口流入布水系統(tǒng)，均勻的到達(dá)濾料層，當(dāng)水流過濾料層時(shí)，懸浮物被濾料截留。過濾器底部帶有精密縫隙的集水器，過濾后的水被均勻收集，并流出過濾器。集水器上精密的縫隙能有效防止濾料的流失。
反沖洗狀態(tài)：隨著雜質(zhì)在濾料層中的不斷積聚，壓力損失不斷增加，當(dāng)壓差增加到某一設(shè)定值時(shí)（或達(dá)到某一設(shè)定的時(shí)間值時(shí)），系統(tǒng)將自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換至反洗狀態(tài)。加壓水通過過濾器底部集水裝置進(jìn)入濾料層，對(duì)其進(jìn)行沖刷，使截流的污染物脫落并排出過濾器。
產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)
采用全自動(dòng)控制過濾系統(tǒng)，采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)流量的大小，選擇多個(gè)過濾單元。可采用時(shí)間，壓差等多種方式自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)反沖洗，系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各過濾單元依次進(jìn)行反沖洗，其他單元仍然在過濾。反沖洗效率高，反沖洗時(shí)間短，反沖洗時(shí)節(jié)水。濾料具有更好的耐細(xì)菌污染能力，反沖洗效果更好。
產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用
工業(yè)用水的過濾。如：鋼廠氧槍水、褐爐、熱交換器供水的過濾等，可過濾掉水中的雜質(zhì)，避免管路及噴嘴的堵塞。
工業(yè)循環(huán)水的旁濾系統(tǒng)，生產(chǎn)水的再循環(huán)、工業(yè)廢水處理。
原水的處理?？蓪?duì)地表河水，湖水、海水、水庫水、井水以及城市自來水作為水源的城市小區(qū)分質(zhì)供水等進(jìn)行過濾，除去水中的砂粒、懸浮物、藻類、有機(jī)物等。
