INCO-WELD 686CPT焊條可以進行全位置焊接,主要用于手工電弧焊焊接雙相不銹鋼、超級雙相不銹鋼、超級奧氏體不銹鋼、INCONEL C-276\626\625\686合金以及鎳合金,例如UNS N06059\N06022鎳合金,也可以用來在部分鋼種表面形成一層耐蝕防護堆焊層。這種焊絲的高合金組分(Cr+Mo+W)提高了其抵抗點蝕、裂隙腐蝕和常規(guī)腐蝕的能力。INCO-WELD 686CPT 焊絲良好的耐蝕性能使其在腐蝕性工作環(huán)境中體現(xiàn)出了巨大的應(yīng)用價值,它可以耐受很多種腐蝕介質(zhì)的侵蝕,例如鹽酸、硫酸、氧化氯溶液、濃熱的含氯酸性溶液譬如二氧化硫在NaCl鹽水中的飽和溶液;同時它還對在高氧濃度環(huán)境敏化后的晶間侵蝕具有很好的抵抗能力。

INCO - 686 CPT WELD electrode for all b welding, it is mainly used for manual arc welding welding duplex stainless steel, super duplex stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel, INCONEL C - 276\626\625\686 alloy and nickel alloy, such as UNS N06059 \ N06022 nickel alloy, also can be used in some b a corrosion protective layer on the surface of steel hardfacing layer. The high alloy comb of this wire (Cr +Mo+ W) enhances its ability to resist pitting, cracking and conventional corrosion. INCO - 686 CPT WELD wire good corrosion resistant perbance to make it work in corrosive environment reflects the great application value, it can tolerate a lot of kinds of corrosive medium, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, chlorine oxidation solution, strong heat contain chloric acid solution such as sulfur dioxide in saturated solution of NaCl salt water; It also has good resistance to intergranular erosion after sensitization of high oxygen concentration.
