日常維護(hù)
1、 電池應(yīng)該經(jīng)常補(bǔ)添蒸餾水(純水)。
2、 長(zhǎng)期不使用電動(dòng)叉車(chē)應(yīng)該將蓄電池充滿(mǎn)電擱置。并保持相隔1~2個(gè)月左右的頻率進(jìn)行充電。
3、 在多班作業(yè)時(shí),電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)叉車(chē)需要有備用電池(連續(xù)工作的情況下,電池電量消耗的快,對(duì)電池的損耗也比較大)。
4、 電瓶充電時(shí),必須將充電回路與斬波器完全脫離,因?yàn)槌擞绊懗潆姍C(jī)充電外,充電機(jī)產(chǎn)生的過(guò)電壓也會(huì)損害斬波器。
5、 電池不要橫放。因?yàn)?,電池的?nèi)部一般是22~28%的稀硫酸。電池正放的時(shí)候電解液可以淹沒(méi)極板并且還剩下一點(diǎn)空間如果把電池橫放的話(huà)會(huì)有一部分電極板暴露在空氣中,這對(duì)電池的極板非常不利,而且一般的電池的觀察孔或者電池的頂部都有排氣口與外界相通,所以電池橫放電解液很容易流出。
6、選擇智能型分階段的充電器,防止過(guò)充導(dǎo)致失水。
7、選擇高效率的電動(dòng)輪轂系統(tǒng),減少工作電流。
8、勤充電或保持合理的充電頻率,有計(jì)劃充電。如一天一充或二天一充。
9、防止虧電存放,虧電存放對(duì)電池最有害。

注意事項(xiàng)
蓄電池在充放電過(guò)程中,電解液中的水會(huì)因?yàn)殡娊夂驼舭l(fā)而逐漸減少,導(dǎo)致電解液面下降。如果不及時(shí)補(bǔ)充的話(huà),有可能縮短蓄電池的使用壽命,應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充蒸餾水。切忌用飲用純凈水代替,因?yàn)榧儍羲泻卸喾N微量元素,對(duì)蓄電池會(huì)造成不良影響。
給蓄電池添加電解液或水時(shí)要注意,電解液高過(guò)極板10至15毫米即可;有兩條紅線(xiàn)的蓄電池,電解液不得超過(guò)上紅線(xiàn)。電解液太滿(mǎn)會(huì)從蓄電池蓋小孔中溢出。一旦流到蓄電池正、負(fù)兩極之間,就會(huì)形成回路自放電。遇此情況就應(yīng)將電解液擦掉,或用開(kāi)水沖洗擦凈。
加電解液時(shí)若有東西不慎掉入,千萬(wàn)不能用金屬物去[2] 撈,應(yīng)用木棒夾出雜質(zhì);如用鐵絲或銅絲去撈,金屬分子會(huì)在硫酸的腐蝕下進(jìn)入蓄電池形成自放電而損壞蓄電池。
車(chē)輛停止運(yùn)行若超過(guò)20天,應(yīng)當(dāng)拆卸電池的負(fù)極電線(xiàn),以免發(fā)生漏電事故。

In this case, the electrolyte should be rubbed off or rinsed with boiling water.
And if something inadvertently fall into the electrolyte, do not use bl to make [2] application, stick out impurities; such as wire or copper wire Qulao, bl elements in sulfuric acid corrosion into the battery self discharge and damage to the battery.
If the vehicle is stopped running for more than 20 days, the negative wire of the battery shall be removed so as to avoid leakage accident.
