成分:Cu≥98.0%;Sn≤1.0%;Si≤0.5%;Mn≤0.5%;P≤0.15%;Pb≤0.02%;Al≤0.01%。
說明:S201熔點(diǎn)為1020-1050℃,含有少量錫、硅、錳、磷等脫氧元素的特制紫銅焊絲,硅、錳、磷主要是作為脫氧劑加入,而錫加入則改善了銅的流動(dòng)性。具有焊接工藝性能優(yōu)良,焊縫成型美觀、機(jī)械性能高以及抗裂性好等特點(diǎn)。
用途:適用于紫銅的焊接,如鋼坯連鑄結(jié)晶器、煉鋼廠電極夾具、導(dǎo)電輥、導(dǎo)電板、加熱元件、銅容器、銅雕塑等。

HAG-30B銀焊料,該型號(hào)相當(dāng)于美標(biāo)AWS BAg-20,國(guó)標(biāo)BAg30CuZn ,含銀30%,是銀、銅、鋅合金,熔點(diǎn)稍高,接頭有較好韌性,可釬焊銅、銅合金、鋼等材料。熔點(diǎn)677-766攝氏度。
HAG-35B銀焊條該型號(hào)相當(dāng)于美標(biāo)AWS BAg-35,含銀35%,是銀、銅、鋅合金,中等熔化溫度,接頭有較好韌性,可釬焊銅、銅合金、鋼等材料。熔點(diǎn)621-732攝氏度。
HAG-45B銀焊條,該型號(hào)相當(dāng)于美標(biāo)AWS BAg-36,含銀45%,是銀、銅、鋅、錫合金,無鎘、性能同45B但熔化溫度比45B低。熔點(diǎn)645-680攝氏度。
HAG-50B銀焊條,該型號(hào)相當(dāng)于美標(biāo)AWS BAg-24,含銀50%,是銀、銅、鋅、鎳合金,無鎘,用于不銹鋼釬焊,提高抗縫隙腐蝕能力。熔點(diǎn)660-707攝氏度。
