(1) GB底膠固化時(shí)間較長，一般為24 h，若在12 h內(nèi)遇水或浸泡，即使表面填料已施工完成，底膠也會(huì)發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)而形成薄片狀固狀物，致使底膠失去與混凝土面的粘結(jié)力。在該工程施工時(shí)，因雨天較多，同時(shí)由于面板混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)的需要，無法保證涂刷底膠后表面長時(shí)間處于干燥狀態(tài)。底膠失效后，需重新打磨、涂刷。SR底膠的粘結(jié)性能較好，不易產(chǎn)生脫膠現(xiàn)象，底膠表面覆蓋SR材料后，遇水不會(huì)影響粘結(jié)效果。

大壩周邊縫表面止水施工完成后，檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)GB蓋片下部局部有滲水現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)行了返工處理。

(2) GB填料較SR 填料的可塑性及施工性能差。GB填料及蓋片在常溫下施工時(shí)必須對(duì)板材加壓，但由于現(xiàn)場施工條件的限制，加壓不能確保GB與底膠及混凝土表面的緊密粘結(jié)，從而影響防滲效果。而SR 材料的可塑性、延展性較好，易施工，能保證SR填料與底膠及混凝土表面粘結(jié)緊密。
(2) the plasticity and construction perbance of GB filler are worse than that of SR filler. GB packing and cover plate must be pressed under the normal temperature, but due to the restrictions of field construction conditions, the pressure can not ensure the tight bond between GB and the bottom rubber and concrete surface, thus affecting the anti-seepage effect. The SR material has good plasticity, good ductility, easy construction, and can ensure the SR filler and the bottom glue and concrete surface bonding closely.
鑒于SR填料較易施工，且與混凝土面的粘結(jié)較好，該工程SR及GB蓋片封邊全部采用SR底膠及填料封邊。

(3) SR底膠涂刷完成后，先進(jìn)行找平層施工，以改善混凝土與SR 填料的粘結(jié)，消除混凝土表面不平整對(duì)粘結(jié)的影響。而GB填料由于其可塑性較差，無法進(jìn)行找平層施工，一般是將GB填料和蓋片直接覆蓋在底膠上加壓，這在一定程度上影響了粘結(jié)效果。
(3) after the SR primer is finished, the leveling layer is first constructed to improve the bond between concrete and SR filler, and to eliminate the influence of the concrete surface irregularities on the bonding. Because of its poor plasticity, GB filler can not be used for leveling layer construction. (4)經(jīng)檢測(cè)SR 和GB 蓋片的強(qiáng)度、延伸率、熱空氣老化等性能，均符合設(shè)計(jì)和規(guī)范要求。GB蓋片厚13 mm左右， SR蓋片厚5～7 cm， GB蓋片的質(zhì)量較大，坡面施工較困難。
(4) the strength, elongation and hot air aging properties of SR and GB cover sheets are all in line with the requirements of design and specification. The thickness of GB cover is about 13 mm, the thickness of SR cover is 5~7 cm, and the quality of GB cover sheet is larger, and the slope construction is difficult.
(5) GB填料采用疊片包裝，每片厚3 cm左右，片間粘貼雙面防粘紙，施工時(shí)防粘紙較容易揭開，同時(shí)無需對(duì)材料進(jìn)行大量切割。而SR材料采用大塊包裝，表面粘貼單面防粘紙，受運(yùn)輸過程的影響， SR材料容易局部變形，造成防粘紙局部扭曲、破損，防粘紙不易揭開，在施工過程中還需進(jìn)行切割。
(5) GB packing is packed by lamination, each piece is about 3 cm thick, and double anti sticking paper is pasted between the sheets. The anti sticking paper is easy to be uncovered during construction, and it is not necessary to cut a lot of materials. 二、在施工前應(yīng)先將底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把縫隙的兩邊10mm處貼上50mm寬的防護(hù)膠帶，以防施工中多余的聚硫膠把構(gòu)筑物表面弄臟。
