堆高車電機(jī)的維護(hù)（1）檢查維護(hù)電機(jī)應(yīng)在斷電下進(jìn)行。（2）每三個(gè)月用250伏兆歐表測量電動(dòng)機(jī)冷態(tài)絕緣電阻，其阻值應(yīng)大于0.5MΩ,如阻值小于0.5 MΩ，應(yīng)進(jìn)行干燥處理。（3）檢查電機(jī)出線的連接線是否正確、牢固。（4）檢查換向片間是否清潔，電刷在刷盒內(nèi)應(yīng)滑動(dòng)自如。（5）檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。（6）每三個(gè)月對電刷磨損情況做一次檢查，酌情更換電刷。（7）每年做一次電機(jī)的全面維護(hù)。
