該系列雙電源自動轉換開關主要由兩臺具有高分斷能力的GTM1系列斷路器及本公司自行研制的雙電源自動轉換開關控制器等組成，適用于額定電壓400V、50Hz，額定電流800A及以下的高層建筑、醫(yī)院、商場、銀行、消防、化工、冶金、軍事設施等不允許斷電的一類負荷，部分二類負荷，完成雙回路供電系統(tǒng)的電源自動轉換，從而保證重要用戶供電的可靠性。
本產品符合GB/T14048.11-2002 IEC60947-6-1(1998)《自動轉換開關電器》標準。
2.正常工作條件
·安裝的海拔高度不應超過2000米。
·周圍環(huán)境溫度上限不高于+40℃，下限不低于-5℃，24小時平均值不超過+35℃。
·大氣的相對濕度在周圍空氣溫度為+40℃時不超過50％，在較低的溫度下，可以有較高的濕度，應考慮到溫度變化會發(fā)生產品表面的凝霜。
·無爆炸危險的介質，且介質無足以腐蝕和破壞絕緣的氣體與塵埃。
·無顯著搖動和沖擊震動的地方。
3.安裝及接線方法
接線時常用電源N應接入常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN，備用電源日應接入備用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QR。當QN和QR為四線斷路器時，接線方式按接線圖，其中QN和QR的1，3，5為三相(A．B、C)進線端，2、4，6為三相出線端，7為零線(N)進線端，8為零線出線端。
若選用斷路器為三極斷路器，則必須將常用電源(N)的零線NN和備用電源(R)的零線NR同時接到三極專用接零線端子KG上。具體操作見接線圖。雙電源切換開關自動控制器的工作電源取斷路QN和QR的進線端A相和零線N，若選用斷路器為三極斷路器時，必須要接零線NN和NR，該三極專用接線零端子在兩臺斷路器中間，在自動電源切換開關安裝，接線過程中，切不要把原接在斷路器進線端的本機控制器線忘掉，碰斷或短路等。
4.使用操作
無論常用電源和備用電源有無電壓，均可采用手動操作方式。手動操作時，應將手動-自動按鈕置于手動操作位置，當推動手柄順時針旋轉至終端時，備用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QR分閘，常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN合閘；當推動手柄逆時針旋轉至終端時，備用電源執(zhí)行斷路QR合閘，常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN分閘。
面板中，電源指示燈(紅)，若該燈不亮，說明自動控制盒工作電源有故障，不能操作開關。待修復正常后，將手動·自動按鈕冒于自動位冒狀態(tài)，如果常用電源供電正常，切換開關將自動投入常用電源執(zhí)行斷路器QN合閘狀態(tài)，面板中N電指示燈(黃)亮；如果常用電源供電不正常，則切換開關將自轉換到備用電源QR供電，備用電源日指示燈(綠)亮。
