1.計(jì)算機(jī)模塊和載板的接口形式
./3G3RV-B416K 板到板插針連接 – 如經(jīng)典的PC104計(jì)算機(jī)模塊所采用的連接方式,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是插接穩(wěn)固,成本低廉;缺點(diǎn)是尺寸較大,反復(fù)插拔易損壞,且不適合高速總線傳輸。

./ 板到板專用連接器 – 如PICMG Com Express計(jì)算機(jī)模塊所采用的雙220pin連接器,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是由于模塊上下直插,穩(wěn)固性相對(duì)好;缺點(diǎn)是采用專用連接器,成本較高,同時(shí)反復(fù)插拔易損壞。

./ 3G3RV-B416K金手指 – 目前ARM核心模塊采用較多,如200pin SODIMM、314pin MXM連接器等,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是插拔方便且次數(shù)多,通用連接器成本較低;缺點(diǎn)是特殊環(huán)境需配合額外固定方式來(lái)保證震動(dòng)穩(wěn)固性,同時(shí)需要較高的生產(chǎn)工藝保證金手指可靠性和耐久性。

./ 焊接 – 顧名思義,將模塊直接焊接到載板上面,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是直接焊接無(wú)需額外固定,沒(méi)有連接器尺寸相對(duì)更精簡(jiǎn);缺點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)工藝同樣要求較高,尤其尺寸較大時(shí)失效率會(huì)很高,且可測(cè)試性差,易受應(yīng)力影響,另外損壞后不易修復(fù)更換。

2.綜上,目前金手指方案是認(rèn)可度較高的,其缺點(diǎn)也相對(duì)容易規(guī)避,因此下面就對(duì)金手指連接的可靠性做進(jìn)一步分析。
./鍍金 – 金手指不可避免的要涉及到鍍金,一般現(xiàn)在有化學(xué)沉金和電鍍金兩種方式,化學(xué)沉金具有非常好的可焊性,同時(shí)成本低,但鍍金層較軟;電鍍金則鍍層緊密,硬度高,但成本相對(duì)較高。所以就金手指而言,選用電鍍金則有更高的接觸可靠性。
./ 3G3RV-B416K額外固定 – 對(duì)于在特殊環(huán)境中運(yùn)行的嵌入式設(shè)備如汽車(chē)、數(shù)控機(jī)械設(shè)備等,對(duì)于震動(dòng)可靠性有更高的要求,則需要對(duì)金手指連接進(jìn)行額外固定,常見(jiàn)的固定方式主要有下面兩種:
1)通過(guò)螺絲和支柱將模塊和載板鎖住,成本低廉,但由于是剛性固定可能會(huì)對(duì)模塊或載板造成應(yīng)力不均,同時(shí)螺絲在持續(xù)震動(dòng)環(huán)境下有可能慢慢松脫。
