    公司沿革COMPANY HISTORY :
    1968 創(chuàng)立「金永泰鐵工廠」(登記資本額3萬(wàn)元)從事於大型車床精密加工。
    Mr Wei Wu-Hsuing,established Jing-Yong-Taiwan Iron Factory as a machining firm of large Lathe with registered capital of NTD 30.000.
       
    1974 引進(jìn)日本KURAKI、YAMAZAKI精密鏜孔機(jī)，從事精密鏜孔加工(資額為100萬(wàn)元)
    Imported Japanese made precision Boring Machine( KULAKI,YAMAZAKI ) added into production for machining process,With register capital of NTD 1,000,000.
       
    1984 引進(jìn)日本三井(MTTSUI)、OKK、東芝(TOSHIBA),CNC臥式加工機(jī)，工廠全面空調(diào)系統(tǒng)，從事銑床頭精密加工製造。成立「協(xié)衛(wèi)精機(jī)廠」，資本額增加為400萬(wàn)

    1992 擴(kuò)充設(shè)備，引進(jìn)美國(guó)辛辛那提(CINCINNATI)內(nèi)孔研磨機(jī)，瑞士SIP治具鏜床及日本OM CNC立式車床，日本TOYODA臥式加工機(jī)，西德精密鏜孔機(jī)，從事加工中心機(jī)主軸箱及CNC分度盤精密加工，變更為協(xié)衛(wèi)精機(jī)廠(股)公司，資本額增加為600萬(wàn)

    1993 合資成立「潭興精工企業(yè)有限公司」資本額增加為1200萬(wàn)。同時(shí)引進(jìn)西德KLINGELNBERG雙導(dǎo)程研磨機(jī)及精密滾齒機(jī)及日本YOSHIK YASIKAWA圓盤研磨機(jī)；日本三井(MITSUI)CNC臥式加工機(jī)(1m×1m),瑞士TESA精密量測(cè)設(shè)備及FANUC控制系統(tǒng)，精密測(cè)試設(shè)備，專業(yè)從事CNC分度盤製造。
    The company altered name as TANCHING ,With registered capital of NTD 12,000,000.Imported new facilities from USA,Germany,Switzerland and Japan,asa manufacturer of CNC Rotary Table.
       
    1994 榮獲新型專利「蝸桿式分割器補(bǔ)償齒隙結(jié)構(gòu)」第098511號(hào)。

    1995 以「TANSHING」及「RTT」行銷全球各地，並積極參加世界性機(jī)械大展。
    The brand names of TASHING and RTT have been used worldwide,we are active in joining intermational machine tools exhibition.
       
    1996 為拓展國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，遷入新建廠房。同時(shí)引進(jìn)日本KASHIFUJI精密滾齒機(jī)並完成5軸CNCN分度盤，獲國(guó)內(nèi)外客戶極高評(píng)價(jià)。
    TANSHING imported KASHIFIFUJI Precision Worm Gear Hobbing Machine from Japan,and moved into newly factory building.
    New development of 5TH Axis CNC Rotary Table has been acclaimed by domestic and overseas users.
       
    1997 為進(jìn)軍國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，積極參加世界性展覽。三月份臺(tái)北展(TIMT.97)及四月份中國(guó)機(jī)床展(CIMT.97)及九月份歐洲機(jī)械展(EMO.97)，同時(shí)引進(jìn)日本住友CNC多面研削盤。
    TAHSHING has been highly recognised and well-known worlewide.We will participate international exhibitions-Taipei show ( TIMTOS,97 ) in MArch,China-Beijing show ( CIMT,97 ) in April , and Europe MAchine show ( EMO,97 ) in September,We also imported Japanese smitomo CNC MULTI-FACE ginder.
