②、務(wù)必確保插座接地并且電壓為110V或220V，電壓如果偏低會(huì)造成設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不正常。
③、務(wù)必確保進(jìn)排水管及電源線理順無(wú)任何折壓不暢。
④、多臺(tái)設(shè)備并排，請(qǐng)確保每臺(tái)機(jī)每條排水管，水壓至少達(dá)到0.5Mpa

一、設(shè)備不工作或跳閘
①、檢查電源是否打開，漏電保護(hù)插頭開關(guān)是否處于打開

④、檢查感應(yīng)器端口是否插好
⑤、檢查感應(yīng)器是否會(huì)閃爍紅色燈光，正常情況下是閃爍幾秒鐘之后不閃爍
⑥、檢查控制盒是否亮燈，正常情況下是6號(hào)燈亮（手動(dòng)模式）或5號(hào)燈亮，打開了缺水提示的3號(hào)燈也會(huì)亮，其他燈不會(huì)亮
⑦、檢查鏈條是否斷裂
⑧、檢查是否有異物卡死鏈條或者滾軸
二、設(shè)備出現(xiàn)異響
①、檢查鏈條和齒輪是否完好，不定期要加注潤(rùn)滑油
②、檢查主動(dòng)軸和從動(dòng)軸兩端的軸承是否完好
③、檢查迪阿尼是否有松動(dòng)
④、水泵有異響，可拆開水泵檢查下內(nèi)部是否有鐵砂
三、設(shè)備進(jìn)排水問題
①、設(shè)備不排水，通過以下幾點(diǎn)可找出故障原因：檢查排污水管是否理順無(wú)折壓、檢查水泵整條線是否完好并且各端口插好，檢查水泵是否有反應(yīng)損壞、手動(dòng)模式檢查排水按鈕是否損壞
②、排污水泵一直工作，通過以下幾點(diǎn)可找出故障原因：檢查控制器是否進(jìn)水，檢查排水按鈕是否進(jìn)水出現(xiàn)了短路
③、設(shè)備不進(jìn)水，通過以下幾點(diǎn)可找出故障原因：檢查水管內(nèi)是否有水供應(yīng)，檢查水位感應(yīng)器是否亮燈進(jìn)水，檢查進(jìn)水電磁閥是否有動(dòng)作

1、 Equipment does not work or trips

2、 Abnormal noise of equipment
①、 Check whether the chain and gear are in good condition, and add lubricating oil irregularly

3、 Water inlet and drainage of equipment

日常清潔保養(yǎng)
①、室外鞋的請(qǐng)務(wù)必每天徹底清理一次污水池內(nèi)和水泵槽內(nèi)垃圾及泥沙，通過吸塵器把泥沙吸出，換鞋的可隔天徹底清理一次。間隔性的清理皮帶毛刷，可通過手提水倒進(jìn)毛刷處沖洗
②、三個(gè)月請(qǐng)對(duì)鏈條齒輪加注潤(rùn)滑油
③、不定期對(duì)設(shè)備表面進(jìn)行擦洗清潔
④、根據(jù)自身使用情況對(duì)吸水墊清洗更新

日常使用操作移動(dòng)過程中，禁止控制盒進(jìn)水，禁止設(shè)備清洗區(qū)混入鐵釘、刀片、電子元件等銳利固體。
